Our purchasing policy

 Our organisation

Led by the Finance, Procurement and Cybersecurity Division, procurement policy is managed on a day-to-day basis by the Procurement Department. Its role is to ensure compliance with procedures, support business units, structure procurement strategies, and provide rigorous oversight of contracts and suppliers.

The procurement function acts as a key partner, both internally and externally, supporting risk management and the creation of sustainable value.

Our ambition

At Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur, procurement is a strategic lever supporting the Group’s overall performance, risk management, and sustainable transformation. As a contracting entity subject to the French Public Procurement Code, Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur is committed to ensuring procurement practices that are:

  • compliant with regulatory requirements,
  • transparent and fair,
  • economically efficient,
  • responsible from an environmental, social and ethical perspective.

This policy is aligned with the SPASER 2026–2030, which positions public procurement as a key driver of ecological transition, social progress and responsible governance.

Our fundamental principles

Legal compliance and security

Procurement activities are carried out in compliance with the French Public Procurement Code, as well as the principles of free access to public procurement and equal treatment of candidates.

Economic performance

Procurement aims to achieve the best overall cost TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). Particular attention is given to expenditure optimisation and value creation for the Group.

Competition and market access

Procurement procedures promote effective competition, access for SMEs and local businesses, and a broader supplier base.
