The airline "Customer service"
The "Airline" Customer Service Department will be happy to help you organise your move to Nice Côte d’Azur Airport.
Once the airline has reached an agreement with our Airline Development Department, the Airline Customer Relations Department will be able to help them establish themselves at Nice Airport:By acting as the interface between the new airline and the various departments of Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur (operations, safety and security, SMS, environment, IT, fees, etc.)
- By putting you in contact with the various assistants and relevant departments of the French government: French Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC), French Border Police (PAF), French Air Transport Police (GTA), Customs
- By finding you suitable premises
- By offering you various services to better welcome your passengers (self-service terminals, automated baggage drop-off, fast-track BIP, fast-track PAF, e-gates, baggage tracking and reconciliation system, VIP lounge, personalised welcome for VIP passengers, etc.)
At the same time, you must contact the French Civil Aviation Authority to, if necessary, complete the administrative procedures associated with your operational request:
- Air Carrier certificate
- Operating licence and traffic rights
