To access the areas dedicated to transport professionals, the driver must hold a vehicle access badge AND a personal "Côté Ville Zone Identification Card" (Blue Badge).
Vehicle access stickers
Only professional vehicles may be granted an sticker, valid from 1 January to 31 December each year, upon providing the following documents:
- Kbis company registration certificate and proof of registration with the chamber of commerce for France, INSEE record (-3 months)
- Extract from the commercial register for Monaco (-3 months)
- Licence or order issued by the Prefecture for a named individual
- EU licence with certificate of registration on the register of companies for the public road transport of passengers (TPRP), including all annexes (numbered certified true copy for each vehicle)
- Certificate of registration on the EVTC register (for operators of private-hire vehicles) and professional card
- Vehicle registration certificate for the authorised vehicle(s)

- 50% discount from 1 September to 31 December
- Administrative fee: €30.00 for a change of vehicle or lost sticker
Your new sticker will only be issued once the detachable part of the previous sticker has been returned and the purchase invoice presented.

- Drop-off: Terminal 1 - pro. drop-off / Terminal 2 - pro. terminal front, departures section (level 1 via footbridge)
IMPORTANT! As of January 1st, 2026, the annual pass no longer grants access to the Business Aviation Terminal (TAA).

Enables access to restricted zones for:
- Pick-up: Terminal 1 - pro. parking / Terminal 2 - bus station entrances A3 and A4
- Drop-off: Terminal 1 - pro. terminal front (departures section) / Terminal 2 - pro. terminal front, departures section (level 1 via footbridge)
The card is allocated to a single vehicle in accordance with its registration number, and must be accompanied by the terminal front badge for passenger drop-off.
Terminal front sticker
(PASSENGER DROP-OFF ONLY)
The terminal front sticker is free of charge.
- It is mandatory in order to access the Terminal 1 pro. drop-off and the Terminal 2 terminal front
- Vehicles must be registered with the "Espace Pro" to acquire it
