Conventions and events - luggage trucks
Access to the bus stations or terminal fronts
As part of a conference or event, you may wish to set up a one-off service for transporting people and/or baggage: in order to welcome your guests in the best possible conditions, we can provide you with direct access to the terminals. Various specifically allocated spaces can be reserved for you to meet your requirements.
2026 fees: €78.00 excl. tax per day per vehicle (*)
- Unlimited entries per day
- Personalised welcome by our teams
- Access permitted 1 hour before your customers arrive
- Parking limited to 45 minutes
(*) For a baggage transportation vehicle, the fee applies to each entry.
Conditions:
Access to restricted zones designated for transport professionals is subject to the Conditions of Access
- Download and fill out the authorisation request below
- Send your request, signed and with the words "Bon pour accord" [agreed and approved], together with the SEPA direct-debit mandate and your banking details.
