In February, for almost 2 weeks, the Raising Stones Events agency received the press on behalf of an automotive manufacturer at the airport's Business Centre.

 It was a particularly important event in terms of image for this launch of a new model and in terms of organisation for Raising Stones Events and the airport's Business Centre.

Why did you choose the Business Centre for your event?

The Business Centre is ideally located between the arrivals and departures of participants at this event. The second crucial point in our choice was the close proximity of parking facilities so that our client could showcase its cars. We received nearly 60 journalists a day for 2 weeks. Upon their arrival at Nice, a customised convention counter was set up to welcome them and hand them their accreditation. Breakfast was waiting for them in the airport's Business Centre. After this reception, we proposed a presentation of the vehicle in an adjacent room then we launched the demonstration day: distribution of keys, test drive and lunch. The day ended with the press conference. Journalists went home the next day.

How did you hear about the possibility of organising events at the Business Centre?

I have 13 years' professional experience in organising events on the French Riviera. The airport is often a key location in our activity. However, I quickly understood the value of the Business Centre. It is ideal for business tourism and in particular for the organisation of events.
 

With respect to the organisation of your event, how were your working relations with the Business Centre teams?

The teams are very professional, welcoming and professional! Which is not negligible in the organisation of events.

Our event took 4 months of preparation with the airport teams, who were exemplary: receptive and reactive!

I am really delighted to have such professionals as partners/suppliers. 
 

And tomorrow, if you were to recommend the Business Centre, what would you say are its advantages, how would you present it?

Everyone is very satisfied at Raising Stones Events, as is our client! Everything went really well, it was a great success.
